Biography

Andrew joined the profession in the early 1970s and worked for various Birmingham and West Midlands firms of surveyors together with the Valuation Office, prior to commencing practice on his own account in April 1991 specialising in all commercial property matters.

In January 1999, Andrew merged the practice of Burley Property Consultants with Peter Browne of Peter C Browne Chartered Surveyors to form Burley Browne.

Andrew deals predominantly with commercial property agency in the Sutton Coldfield and surrounding area together with valuations of commercial premises and landlord and tenant negotiations. Clients include a complete cross section from national blue-chip plcs to private individual property owners.

Andrew is widely respected by the Sutton Coldfield business community for his vast experience of the local area and in addition to being a past Chairman of the Sutton Coldfield Business Improvement District (BID), he is also a Trustee of SCCT (formerly Sutton Coldfield Municipal Charities) and a Director of St Giles Hospice Shops Limited.
