Encouraging signs for commercial property in 2014 Burley Browne are experiencing an emerging level of confidence returning to the commercial property market and are full of optimism for the year ahead.
Despite another challenging year, Burley Browne are pleased to report a significant increase in the level of enquiries for the final quarter of 2013 and a noticeable rise in the number of sales and lettings being agreed and completed.
