Prime Lichfield shop let to ES Jewellery

Burley Browne have let 1 Tamworth Street, Lichfield to established Lichfield based retailer, ES Jewellery.

The shop which extends to approximately 97.97m² / 1,054 sq ft occupies what is arguably one of the most prominent retail positions in the City Centre, close to the entrance to the Three Spires Shopping Centre at the junction of Conduit Street and Tamworth Street.

The building is an attractive Grade II Listed three storey mixed use property which is also undergoing extensive refurbishment to provide 2 self contained residential apartments to the upper floors.

Ben Nicholson, agency surveyor at Burley Browne commented, “We are thrilled to have concluded this letting and believe that this property will provide an excellent location for ES Jewellery, who are relocating from Bore Street”.

David Hemming, Director of Agency at Burley Browne added, “We are sure that ES Jewellery will be a perfect fit for the building and the excellent location it provides and further improves the dynamic retail provision provided within the city centre.”

ES Jewellery stock a wide variety of contemporary jewellery including Pandora, Thomas Sabo and Tresor Paris and are due to open their new store during Summer 2014.

Lukeman Cave acted as Burley Browne's joint agents in this matter.
