Andrew joined the profession in the early 1970's and worked for various Birmingham and West Midlands firms of surveyors together with the Valuation Office, prior to commencing practice on his own account in April 1991, specialising in commercial property matters. 

In January 1999, Andrew merged the practice of Burley Property Consultants with Peter Browne of Peter C Browne Chartered Surveyors.  Andrew deals predominantly with commercial property agency together with valuations of commercial premises and Landlord and Tenant negotiations.  Clients include a complete cross-section from national blue chip plc's to private individual property owners.
