Burley Browne were established in 1999 by Andrew Burley and Peter Browne to provide a comprehensive range of commercial property services to a wide variety of clients from private individuals to blue chip companies. 

The business was further strengthened in January 2005 by the arrival of David Hemming to establish a dedicated retail department.

In January 2008, Michael Fellows joined Burley Browne as a Consultant.
