James joined the practice in August 2007, having spent nine years with James and Lister Lea / Bruton Knowles in Birmingham City Centre, during which he successfully qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2000. 

James spent the first four years of post qualification specialising in all areas concerned with Commercial Property Managament and the subsequent three years dealing with Professional work including all types of valuation, but specialising in Landlord and Tenant matters, including Lease Renewal and Rent Review negotiations.

James' range of clients have included Public Authority and Blue Chip companies to private property owners.

James will contine to deal with the full range of professional work as well as Commercial Agency instructions at the Sutton Coldfield office.
