Michael Fellows qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1971 and was with a number of Birmingham practises before co-founding Johnson Fellows in 1984.

Michael acts for a number of national retailers as well as receiving regular appointments from the RICS to act as an Arbitrator or Independent Expert to resolve rental disputes on shops throughout East and West Midlands.
