The Government has introduced legislation which from 1st October 2008, requires the vast majority of commercial property to have Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) when offered For Sale or To Let.

To conform with the legislation, Burley Browne recommend that clients obtain an EPC as soon as possible. To assist, Burley Browne  will be providing clients with a list of firms who will be able to provide this service.
