A three-storey Freehold self-contained office at Park Road, Sutton Coldfield has recently been sold by Burley Browne to Gemini Wealth Management.

The offices are prominently located between the town centre and Sutton Park and the high profile building resulted in strong competing interest, despite the underlying difficult market conditions.

Andrew Burley of Burley Browne commented "This sale underlined the importance of location and showed there are purchasers able to fund the acquisition of good quality property in a prominent position". 

Although general market conditions remain difficult, in recent weeks there has been an improvement in take-up which hopefully will continue for the remainder of 2009.
