Represented by Burley Browne, handmade burger company have secured their second restaurant site in Scotland, that being Hammersons 1.5m sq ft Silverburn Shopping Centre on the outskirts of Glasgow. 

This acquisition follows on from their successfull opening in Union Square Aberdeen last year, and joins their current line up of Brindleyplace, Birmingham; Touchwood, Solihull; Highcross, Leicester  and Meadowhall, Sheffield.

Further openings already in the pipeline for later this year and early 2011.
