Acting on behalf of Leisure operator Cougar Leisure, Burley Browne have sold the former Kingsley Restaurant and Pub in Curdworth, Sutton Coldfield to local leisure operator Westbourne Leisure.

Burley Browne were appointed earlier this year to find a suitable buyer for this popular pub and restaurant and once terms had been agreed, the sale proceeded to completion within a 4 week time scale.

David Hemming commented “This demonstrates Burley Browne’s increasing activity in the leisure market and follows on from the work currently being undertaken on a national basis on behalf of a number of restaurant operators to include Handmade Burger, Urban Pie and Jimmy Spices.”
