May proved to be a busy month for the office agency team at Burley Browne through the completion of office lettings, placing offices under offer and securing new office instructions.

Office lettings have completed at Britannia House, Lichfield and Wrens Court, Sutton Coldfield to occupiers who have relocated from smaller offices facilitating their expansion plans.  Britannia House, located on the well established Britannia Enterprise Park, comprises 1,680 sq ft of modern offices with parking and being close to Lichfield Trent Valley.  An occupier was secured after only 2 days of being on the market and the letting completed shortly thereafter.  Suite 2, 17 Wrens Court comprised modern office accommodation and has been let to an established Sutton Coldfield based occupier who has relocated from serviced office accommodation.
