Burley Browne negotiates terms for the sale and leaseback of industrial premises within Aldridge

Following instructions from Matrix IDC Ltd, Burley Browne has successfully negotiated terms for the off-market sale and leaseback of Units 1 – 2 Merryhills Industrial Estate on Middlemore Lane West in Aldridge to Linkchoice Ltd.

The premises extend to approximately 13,000 sq ft of twin bay workshop accommodation incorporating well-presented office accommodation, prominently situated within a well-established and popular industrial location on the outskirts of Aldridge town centre.
