Burley Browne is delighted to announce the successful letting of Fazeley Saw Mill situated prominently on Lichfield Street to the south of Tamworth town centre. Following instructions from the Gould’s family, who have been in occupation of the timber yard for over 50 years, the marketing of the premises coincided with the retirement plan of Goulds.

Terms for a new lease were agreed with Anton Scaffolding Limited to take on the property, which comprises a timber yard offering a number of outbuildings, stores, office premises and warehouse storage situated within a site area which extends to 0.8 acres, set behind a secure gated entrance.
