Job Description

Burley Browne is looking to appoint a graduate or newly qualified surveyor to work within and support the Commercial Agency team, comprising Retail, Office, Industrial and Investment premises.  

The successful candidate will work within the Agency team assisting and supporting the surveyors, comprising a Director, Senior Associate and Senior Surveyor with all aspects of Agency to include site inspections for the preparation and submission of marketing appraisals and reports, collation and analysis of comparable evidence, implementing the marketing of premises to let or for sale, carrying out viewings and undertaking negotiations and reporting updates and offers to clients, updating and maintaining property databases and handling day to day enquiries, with a view to developing and managing their own caseload over time.

There will also be opportunity in due course to become involved in the Lease Advisory, Property management and Valuation teams.

Full APC support will be provided with a Senior Director of the firm being an RICS APC assessor.

Requirements

We require a Real Estate graduate or newly qualified surveyor with an interest in the commercial property sector who is hardworking and prepared to learn and develop in a fast-paced working environment.

You will need a full clean driving licence and your own car. The position is available immediately.
