We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Lease Advisory Surveyor to join our growing professional services team, based in Sutton Coldfield and operating across the UK.

This role is ideally suited to a surveyor who is keen to specialise in lease advisory work, take ownership of instructions, develop trusted client relationships, and play an integral role in delivering value through lease renewals, rent reviews and wider landlord and tenant advice.

About the Role

From the outset, you will be actively involved in a broad range of lease renewal and rent review instructions across the retail, office, and industrial property sectors, acting for landlords, tenants, and investors.

Working closely with senior surveyors and directors, you will assist with and progressively lead on:

• Lease renewals
• Rent reviews
• Inspections, market research and rental analysis
• Negotiations with landlords, tenants and their professional advisers
• Preparation of advice, reports and recommendations
• Strategic asset and occupational advice where appropriate

While support and mentoring will be provided, the business structure encourages autonomy, accountability and client-facing responsibility. As your experience grows, you will be trusted to manage instructions, take a lead in negotiations, and develop your own client relationships.

You will also be encouraged to contribute to new business development, attend client meetings, and build networks with professional contacts, supporting the continued growth of the lease advisory and professional services offering.

What We’re Looking For

• MRICS (newly qualified) or working towards qualification
• At least 1–2 years’ experience in the commercial property market
• Experience in, or a strong interest in, lease advisory work
• A confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Commercially aware, organised and proactive
• Motivated to take responsibility and progress within a growing consultancy
