Developer breaks ground on exciting retail and office park in Fazeley

An exciting new retail destination and business innovation park is being created in Staffordshire, commercial property consultancy Burley Browne has announced.
 
Tamworth-based Ross Developments gained planning consent for a development of eight high quality commercial units on the site of a former watermill at Bonehill Mill Estate, Lichfield Street, Fazeley.
 
Construction of the units, ranging in size from 1,500 sq ft to 1,950 sq ft, is now underway and phase one is expected to reach practical completion in spring 2026.

Bonehill Mill Estate, which also includes a residential development of apartments and cottages, is situated just off Lichfield Street (A4504) on the edge of Fazeley village. The commercial scheme comprising nine commercial units is located to the rear of Bonehill Mill and opposite a small office development, including Footsteps Day Nursery.
 
Tamworth town centre and Ventura Retail Park are located within a short distance and access is available to the A5 and wider Midlands motorway network, including the M6, M6 Toll and M42.
