BURLEY BROWNE COMPLETES LETTING IN NEIGHBOURHOOD PARADE, WALSALL

We are delighted to announce the letting of 10 Gillity Avenue, Walsall, WS5 3PH to a private operator for the use as a new Fish & Chip Shop.  The letting was concluded following the tenant successfully obtaining a change of use class to A5 Hot Food Takeaway.

The premises comprise an end of terrace two storey retail unit extending to approximately 1,146 sq ft situated in a sought after local neighbourhood parade.
