Lifestyle and food destination welcomes new occupiers at five units

Five new retail units at a luxury lifestyle and food destination in the West Midlands have been let to high quality operators, commercial property consultancy Burley Browmne announced today.

Occupiers of the new development at upmarket Coppice Garden Centre, near Sutton Coldfield, include a luxury bridal boutique, a well being and aesthetics clinic, a high end children boutique, an antiques and clocks specialist, and a luxury pre-loved fashion retailer.

Construction of the five retail units together with additional administrative offices and staff facilities for Coppice Garden Centre reached practical completion in the spring and all five of the retail units were already pre-let, said Burley Browne Joint Managing Director David Hemming.

Despite the huge demand, it was very important for us and the owners of Coppice to create the right blend of occupiers to ensure that they complement the existing operators. It was also key to generate increased footfall for the existing facilities such as The Fig and Olive and Forage.”

Other occupiers include Heart Galleries, The Studio @ Coppice Hair Salon and Kartar & Seibo. Coppice Garden Centre is a luxury lifestyle; garden centre and food destination on the outskirts of Sutton Coldfield, being just off the A456, close to Bassetts Pole where the A38, A453 and A456 intersect.
