About the job

We are looking to appoint an Office Administrator to act as PA to our two Senior Directors alongside providing support for the team generally and overseeing day to day operations in the office.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the business at a time of growth and in a role that has potential to develop as the company expands.

 

What you will be doing

  • PA to the Senior Directors.
  • Administrative support to the wider team.
  • Call and Diary management.
  • Liaise with and manage supplier contracts.
  • Organise and greet all visitors.
  • Type up reports and general correspondence.
  • Manage and update office systems.
  • Raise invoices on Sage.
  • Organise staff, client, and CSR events.

Qualifications

  • IT skills including the full use of MS Office suite.
  • Basic knowledge of office management systems
  • Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing.
  • Effective organisation and time management skills.
  • Enthusiastic and hard working.

Package

  • Salary – competitive and dependent upon experience.

  • 25 days annual leave plus statutory Bank Holidays.
